Group Classes

Our group exercise classes are delivered in collaboration with our fitness partner, Enlight Holistic Fitness and offer a more affordable option as clients progress through their treatment. Designed to foster community and support, these classes emphasise self-management, allowing continued rehabilitation progress under the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional. This approach not only enhances recovery but also provides cost-effective solutions for ongoing service access.

Our classes:

  • Mindfulness Meditation
  • Yoga-Rehab
  • Mindful Boxing
  • Tai Chi

Explore the benefits of mindfulness meditation through our carefully structured sessions, led by experienced instructors. These sessions aim to foster inner peace and mental clarity, supported by research indicating their effectiveness in managing conditions related to pain. Mindfulness meditation is recognized for its ability to reduce stress, improve focus, and aid in pain management by facilitating better emotional regulation. Joining these classes can be a step towards enhancing your overall well-being and achieving a more balanced health state.

Our Yoga-Rehab sessions offer a distinctive fusion of yoga’s therapeutic benefits with targeted rehabilitation exercises, designed to support individuals at any stage of their wellness journey. Each class engages multiple body areas through a combination of activation, strengthening, and stretching exercises, while also focusing on joint mobilisation to foster physical health and maintain mental balance and awareness.
By practising in various positions on the floor, participants experience a more grounded and restful form of exercise, allowing the body to work effectively against gravity in a controlled, calming environment. This approach not only aids in restoring energy levels but also promotes relaxation during the workout.
Drawing upon the principles of yin yoga, hatha yoga, and physiotherapy rehabilitation exercises, our Yoga-Rehab classes provide a comprehensive approach to wellness. This holistic blend not only supports recovery and builds resilience but also promotes a harmonious balance between physical strength, flexibility, and mental well-being.

Our Tai Chi classes offer a gentle, yet impactful form of exercise, deriving from ancient Chinese martial arts. These classes are particularly favoured by our older clients due to their proven benefits in chronic pain relief and fall prevention, but they are equally beneficial and enjoyable for younger participants seeking to improve their physical and mental well-being. Through slow, mindful movements and concentrated breath control, Tai Chi enhances physical stability, balance, and flexibility while fostering mental tranquility. The practice is supported by scientific research for its role in alleviating pain and enhancing quality of life. Whether you’re interested in a holistic approach to wellness or specific prevention strategies, our Tai Chi classes provide a welcoming environment for all ages to explore the benefits of this time-honored discipline.
