1. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments may be booked online, by email, telephone, or direct message. Appointment times are subject to availability and are only confirmed once accepted by Personal-Physio.
2. Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
– Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may be charged up to 50% of the appointment fee.
– Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments may be charged the full appointment fee.
– Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time where necessary.
This policy allows adequate time to offer appointments to other clients.
3. Payments
Payment is typically required prior to or at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods may include:
– Card payment
– Bank transfer
– Online payment links
Package sessions and prepaid appointments are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise.
4. Insurance & Health Cash Plans
Patients using private medical insurance or health cash plans remain responsible for ensuring:
– eligibility of cover
– obtaining authorisation codes where required
– understanding any excess or policy limitations
Personal-Physio may assist with insurance verification where possible, however responsibility for policy coverage remains with the patient.
Invoices and supporting documentation can be provided for reimbursement claims where appropriate.
5. Home Visit Appointments
Home visit appointments require suitable access and adequate space for assessment and treatment.
Please inform us in advance of:
– parking/access restrictions
– building entry requirements
– mobility considerations
– pets or environmental factors relevant to treatment
Travel fees or minimum appointment requirements may apply depending on location.
6. Health Information & Consent
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date medical information relevant to assessment and treatment.
By attending an appointment, you consent to assessment and treatment provided by Personal-Physio.
You may withdraw consent or request clarification regarding treatment at any stage.
7. Rehabilitation & Exercise Guidance
Exercise rehabilitation and movement advice are provided based on assessment findings and individual goals.
Clients are responsible for performing exercises safely and within their own tolerance unless otherwise advised.
Results and recovery timelines vary depending on the nature of the condition, injury history, lifestyle factors, and adherence to rehabilitation recommendations.
8. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide safe and effective treatment, Personal-Physio cannot guarantee specific outcomes from physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or related services.
Treatment is provided based on clinical judgement and information available at the time of assessment.

Personal information is handled securely and in accordance with UK data protection regulations.
