What Is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy is a healthcare profession focused on physical rehabilitation, injury prevention, and the promotion of health and fitness. Rooted in research, our practice utilizes a comprehensive assessment which includes understanding your past medical history. We diagnose common musculoskeletal conditions and use a variety of treatment methods such as manual therapy, exercise, and education to support your journey to optimal health. We work alongside other medical professionals such as orthopedic and sports and exercise consultants, and all physiotherapists are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists, regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council.
